At check in we were told they had some major water leak repair going on and we had to find another hotel. Imagine that how do you find a hotel last minute (literally) when you can't find one two weeks ago?? Expedia came to the rescue and luckily we were able to relocate not too far from there.

We saw the previous reviews and were worried about this stay. The motel is very tired and old and desperately needs updating. The room had be cleaned well but you felt dirty around the soft furnishings. We definitely didn’t bother using the pool which looked nasty or staying for breakfast. I wouldn’t recommend or want to stay here again.

Had booked a room with two queen size bed but they have a room with one queen bed only while charging for the two queen bed on Expedia. They keep the office closed between 11-12 when the flights arrive Santa Barbara!

Property is unkept. We got a room on the first floor. The door didn’t lock all the way and the area around looked unsafe. We ended up not even staying in the room for the night because how unsafe I felt to have my son stay in that place.

When we checked in to our room, there was a bloody fingerprint on the bathroom door, the room reeked of pinesol and the toilet seat was down. We immediately changed rooms. The second room was much cleaner, but the noise that the air conditioner made kept us awake almost all night!

Not Worth the Price!!

$250 per night when the room was worth about $50. Tried for a one hour early check-in and the front desk clerk was rude and wouldn’t even consider it, because “I’m at lunch!“ The place is old. Rooms are tiny. On the positive side, the clerk who checked me in was very kind and polite. It was quiet overnight, the bed was fairly comfortable, the TV was nice, along with the cable channels that were offered.

Unimpressive and overpriced.

The rooms are dark and the carpet stained. There is a general odour of damp/dirt also. The reception is indifferent. They also take a 100USD deposit which takes up to 7 days to refund. Unimpressive and overpriced!

No wifi, shower is actually a drizzle of cold water, sticky floors. Super 8 quoted me $159, for one night and low and behold, they charged me $21.50 for tax without me knowing. so tired of dealing with businesses like you people. Greedy and manipulative. Bait and switch. I would a refund of $159.

Staff was very pleasant and nice, but our room was in poor condition. The carpet was dirty, had a slight odor of cigarette smoke, and the sheets and blanket had cigarette burns on them. The bathroom sink had rust or stains on the drain and there were water stains on the walls. There were tuffs of small hair-like balls on the bathroom floor. There wasn't any bar soap, so we needed to request it. We couldn't see the internet server, probably because we were too far from the wifi base, so we couldn't even log in to the wifi server.

Do not Ever Stay at this Hotel

I was allotted Room No 305. The AC was not working I was them moved to 307. The next day morning I realized that the window lock was broken and anybody could enter the room. I complained to the Manager, She said she would send someone to look at it. I was in the room the whole time. Nobody showed up to repair. When I complained again I was asked to check out. Throughout the day, nobody came for room service. I was told that it was only on request. It was a terrible experience. Do not stay here unless you have no other option.

Dump of a motel

The motel is a dump. Bed covers were ripped, room smelled bad, furniture in disrepair. Staff was nice and I informed them of issues, took photos. Stay somewhere else.
