"The room and entire property was horrible. The room looked like it was furnished with good will cast offs including the bedding & curtains. It smelled horrible as well. We couldn't even stay there & found another hotel."

"I needed enough room for my family to get ready for a wedding. There was ample parking for four cars, the rooms were all spacious and were equipped with extra linens, all of the bathrooms were spacious and equipped. We had plenty of space to just sit and relax and catch up on family events. The kitchen was fully equipped and our host provided a small variety of perishable snacks. There’s plenty of places to shop close by and we had a great time. Thanks for a great time!"

"Great place to stay for Artemis II Launch and Kennedy Space CenterThe property was very clean and the neiborhood was quiet and safe. No dogs barking. The pool was heated as we asked to 85 degrees and was a big plus. What we apreciate the most was the sunroom. We were there as soon as we arrived from our first day to the last one. Breakfeast, lunch and diner were taken there. The house is well furnished. The mattreess were very comfortable, the internet was great and the kitchen well furnished. On top of that, Margaret was very responsive. Overall communication with her was easy and she respond within minutes. Thanks you so much Margaret for our stay."

"The pool and the Koa fish were enjoyable everything was there you could want and need the area was calm and relaxing and close to plenty of restaurants and stores. Beach wasn’t too far away either. "The house was very accommodating very convenient to shopping and going to the beach. The owner has stated that I was smoking in the house, which is totally false. I’m 80 years old been smoking cigars for 35 years but never in a home possible that some smoke from outside just tread inside, but could not have been much. I have rented many homes past seven or eight years from ARBO all have been smoke free homes never have I ever been accused of smoking in a house. I have always been given perfect reviews. lots of homes state smoke free. There are a few that state no smoking on the property. I suggest she change her policy to no smoking on the property. I am very sorry that are nice. Three weeks in Port Orange Florida has come to this. Jim"
