"Nice clean room"

"No coffee pot in room . The offer for free coffee/ tea is only to 11am .Maintenance came in the room while we out( they did call and ask if it was ok) they had to fix the smoke detector, but they left the dirt and ceiling material on the floor below. Also I would like to have had 4 towels in the room . We stayed 4 days they only offer room service if you stay 2 weeks .Walls are thin you can hear people just talking in the next room."

"The house was very accommodating very convenient to shopping and going to the beach. The owner has stated that I was smoking in the house, which is totally false. I’m 80 years old been smoking cigars for 35 years but never in a home possible that some smoke from outside just tread inside, but could not have been much. I have rented many homes past seven or eight years from ARBO all have been smoke free homes never have I ever been accused of smoking in a house. I have always been given perfect reviews. lots of homes state smoke free. There are a few that state no smoking on the property. I suggest she change her policy to no smoking on the property. I am very sorry that are nice. Three weeks in Port Orange Florida has come to this. Jim"

"This house was perfect. Each bedroom was so nicely decorated and had it’s own bathroom, which was a huge plus, for our group of 12 as we celebrated a wedding weekend. Located in a very nice neighborhood, on a street of friendly people. The host’s are very responsive. I would highly suggest this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and carefree place to stay. "

"The unit was a great space and very comfortable. It was a surprisingly quiet area, even with some road noise. The surfaces of the unit were extremely clean but the floor was not cleaned in some time and we had to clean it several times ourselves (by our own choice), since we have a toddler. The host was made aware and I am certain he has taken all the steps necessary to make sure they are thoroughly cleaned and maintained in the future. Every major amenity was there as advertised but the washer and dryer do need maintenance, which again, I am sure will happen. The host was very kind and checked in with us a few times. We do hope to be back."
