It was a little inconvenient that the front desk had limited operation hours and that there were limited dining options in the neighborhood (no food delivery available via Uber Eats either), but still the friendly service overtakes these little inconveniences. "The hotel is in a nice area, a 20 min drive to the airport and the exhibition center. The hotel looks freshly renewed, the rooms are large as well as the bathroom. Everything is very functional and comfortable. Very impressive the fitness room, with brand-new equipment and ample space. To be noted the internal restaurant, good menu, and service. Es gibt genügend kostenlose Parkplätze.
Wir haben nicht im Hotel gegessen da es überteuert war. In Heiligenhaus gibt es aber viele Restaurants, Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

It would have been nice to have a fan in the room as it gets warm. There is no elevator and it is 5 rooms per floor. Watch your head as you go down as it has a low stairwell. It has nice modern decor. There was strong cigarette smell as we left in the morning, but none overnight. Wish they had these hotel options worldwide! Price was amazing! Highly recommend !"
