The AC fan in Room 216 on 8 April appeared to function but actually did nothing to reduce tfe 25C room temp overnight which was too high for comfort: apparently the AC only works in rooms from May onwards so hotel needs to advise that it is not functioning and to open the window. Also the “mattress protector” was plastic backed (causing night sweating) and was stained in any case - it needed a deep clean or replacement, ideally with an all cotton type. "
