"Great location since is very closed to the airport, the hotel was very clean and the bed very comfortable. But we couldn’t sleep because the room air conditioning was not working properly, we called the reception and gave us instructions on how to reset it but still the air was not cooling. So for that reason we couldn’t rest. "

"The food was above average with a large bar selection if you wanted a drink before bed. The buffet was very good with a nice selection of fresh meats, cheeses, fruits, breads, eggs, etc. The tv barely worked—digital tuning was very pixelated. My bathroom ceiling had lots of water damage patches that were pretty unsightly. The ac worked ok, too noisy for window to open—although it did. With closed window, room was quiet. Pillows were not much, but the bed was firm. Staff was friendly and multi-lingual. The pickup shuttle was great, but the one I needed back was full. They called a taxi which was kind but it was an added 25€. Pool was closed. Nothing around it, so fine if you’re just sleeping the night before a flight, but I wouldn’t stay there for an extended trip. Not sure I’d stay there again for the cost."

"The staff were FANTASTIC! Rooms were super clean. I didn’t manage to use the gym unfortunately due to my schedule. Fact is though, for the price we paid, we knew we had hit the jackpot. Excellent place!"

"Lovely hotel second time staying, very easy to get around on bus and tube, just was the staff for help. Food not so good, but ok, very clean room, breakfast for me was not good at all not a lot of variety I would stay again"
