Breakfast is plentiful & delicious especially the haggis :-). Takeaway hot drinks available too. Beautiful countryside setting, very quiet but walk down the drive & catch the x27 or x28 bus on the main road & you can be at Princes Street in the City centre in 1/2hr max. Would thoroughly recommend & will definately be back again. "

"Everything from hotel location, check in, room facilities was spot on. Only problem we had was our room 334 location which was next to the landing doors which seemed to constantly bang throughout the night. We would definitely stay there again but ask for a room away from any set of doors."
