"This cabin was clean and perfect for a two person getaway weekend. The host left deer corn which we fed to a deer with two fawns that came in the mornings and evenings. It was very close to Spider Mountain and the Vanishing Texas River Cruise"

"This host is extremely welcoming and goes out of her way to ensure you enjoy your stay. Lots of great amenities. We loved the pool! The hot tub, fire pit, grill, and lake view were all enjoyed. She has kayaks available to guests to use on the lake which was awesome."

"This was the first time my family and I stayed in this property. It was absolutely perfect! The location couldn’t be any better. It was near the end of a peninsula. The neighborhood was quiet. The waterways were quiet. It was not overcrowded on any spectrum. We had our own private little beach area. We stayed outside 90% of the time on the back porch. We cooked our meals and brought them all outside because it was so nice. The view was amazing all the downstairs rooms have open doors to the back porch. The upstairs room is a solid wall of windows overlooking the lake. Views are absolutely stunning. The host was amazing. Answered all of our questions in a very efficient amount of time. If there were 10 stars, I’d give this place 10 stars. The host even communicated some plans to make the property even more amazing and appealing. I would recommend this property 100%."

"• Location: 5/5 — Beautiful area, lake within walking distance• Host communication/helpfulness: 5/5 — Very helpful throughout• Comfort (beds/rooms): 5/5 — Upstairs was very clean and comfortable• Cleanliness: 2/5 — Kitchen floors, pots and pans, and the lake area (full trash, spider webs, leaves, dust) needed attentionWe had a lovely stay overall. It's a beautiful place in an awesome area, and the hosts were very helpful throughout. One of the highlights was that the lake is just a short walk from the house, which made it easy to enjoy.Would I recommend it? Yes, I would recommend it.Cleanliness: The beds and the rooms upstairs were very clean and comfortable. However, the kitchen fell short, the floors in the main area weren't clean, and the pots and pans could have used more attention. The lake area also appeared to have gone without cleaning for a while: the trash bins were still full and had clearly not been emptied in some time, as they'd filled with rainwater on top of the garbage. There were also a lot of spider webs, along with dry leaves and dust in that area.With a little more attention to cleaning in the kitchen and around the lake, this place would be close to perfect."
