"Wonderful! Front desk staff amazing! We even took the public bus based on their recommendation. I hadn’t been on a bus in years! Housekeeping was adequate. I would recommend better supervision over housekeeping. They were not consistent in the room cleaning procedures; Sometimes the towels were not replaced and our room was skipped once. I called the front desk and they responded quickly with sloppy bed making, etc.. All else was wonderful and we will stay there the next time we visit Seattle! They are close to everything and have bikes free of charge."

"Old hotel, small rooms, not very clean and needs a lot of maintenance. Breakfast is not worth the price...don't do it."

"This Hotel found late in the evening was a little had to find in the bowels of Seattle. The location was excellent for a quick walk to pikes Place in the morning along with other activities and adventures. The problem I had was parking and a HUGE fee. "

"The Altitude Sky Lounge Bar is a plus, and the view is amazing. Love the 24 hours snack bar where you can purchase drinks and snacks. "

"Loved the location, attended Kraken game, which was within walking distance! Also enjoyed the coffee bar in the lobby."
