"Love this hotel but hope that maintenance and refresh starts to happen . Our room had broken toilet brush , taps were a little chipped etc . Still an excellent experience but take care of the infrastructure !"

"We can't fault the hotel and especially the rooms with river view. We always stay when in Melbourne. Staff are excellent. The location is extremely convenient. However this time we were disappointed with our dinner in the Collins restaurant. My husband had pork belly skewers and then duck which were both undercooked and tough. I had oysters and kingfish and these were fine."

"Ok I’ll start off positive - pool and spa great. Buffet breakfast is the usual. Bedroom had a balcony and overall room was fine - was given 2 towels for 3 people but when asked for more received straight away - however the beds - I have never ever slept in such a hard bed - I stayed for 4 nights with minimal sleep. So if you like sleep don’t stay - I did mention to staff and was given a mattress topper but didn’t do much! "
