Lifts were not all in working order and were on the slow side, most noticeable during times of peak use by hotel patrons. Wasn't sure that there was an attempt to fix the non-operational lift with any urgency despite the obvious need to."

"Very bad experience. Staff were cold and the tv did not work the whole time three night 4 days - no tv, only excuses and dismiss. No offer to help, compensate or really care about it. I don’t ask for compensation just because you can tell it would hit like a led balloon. Room was average and I expected more from this stay. Room was noisy also on the first floor."
