"Had to change room. Tv wasn't working. Shower drain flooded in bathroom. Carpet in hallways needed cleaning."

I had called ahead to let them know I would be traveling with my mother, who is elderly and sensitive to noise, and they were very accommodating. Although there was a slight miscommunication at first, the front desk receptionist handled it professionally and made our stay very pleasant.
