"Had to change room. Tv wasn't working. Shower drain flooded in bathroom. Carpet in hallways needed cleaning."

I had called ahead to let them know I would be traveling with my mother, who is elderly and sensitive to noise, and they were very accommodating. Although there was a slight miscommunication at first, the front desk receptionist handled it professionally and made our stay very pleasant. Breakfast was great, and the staff were consistently friendly and attentive. We truly enjoyed our stay."
