Great location right next to market. Nice modern rooms with kitchenette. Pool much smaller than appears in photo and gym had broken equipment which could have been dangerous. Also no bins in room. Free laundry room very useful

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Staff was amazing very helpful and accommodating. Always greeting you with a warm smile when you enter the hotel. Love the tap of sparkling water available at the back. Super accessible to most of the area, visited from Canada would highly recommend if you’ve never been to Melbourne before. During our day, we had a small issue with the dishwasher. The staff were reassuring and did not make us concerned, issue was fixed within a reasonable time. Also, quite close to the free tram line.

King suite was larger than anticipated, well renovated and with a full kitchen. All necessary amenities were available in the room for a short or long stay. Gym was well equipped and the indoor heated pool had a stunning visual impact. Staff were super accommodating and we were able to leave our car parked in sit until our work meetings were completed. Great option for corporate stays/business travel. Lots of food options nearby and easy access to tram.

This hotel is located within the free tram zone and boasts a prime location right across from Queen Victoria Market. I had planned to just whip up a simple dinner in my room, but since the place even had a full-size oven, I was able to enjoy cooking with locally sourced ingredients I bought at the market. All the staff were friendly. I’ll definitely stay here again the next time I visit Melbourne.
