"I was so worried about booking here after reading the reviews but I was pleasantly surprised! The check-in and check-out process was easy and the front desk agents were friendly and professional. Our room was on the 7th floor and was clean and spacious. The beds and linens were comfortable and we were more than happy with the room. As for value for your money, the price is unbeatable. It felt safe and we saw many other families checking in as well. I would stay here again."

"If you don’t want to stay downtown and just want to be relax and quiet that is the place. It is only 18 minutes drive to downtown. Wineries are close and kangaroos farm is really fun. I would suggest to do a wine tour with Vivid tour they are amazing. Austin the owner of the VRBO is communication is very quick. The rental is beautiful and you see the lake from the seating area in the back. There is a dock and swimming area but we did not find it. Something to asked Austin. We went at the beach downtown Kelowna on the lake. Great restaurants downtown. We also did a market and pick peaches to bring home from the Paynter’s market. Have fun."
