"Clean and secluded stay with abundant wildlife, newer property with comfy linens, fast internet. Chose this property for the hot tub in the forest, which was clean and hot. It’s a half hour away from nearest grocery store or restaurant so keep that in mind when it comes to eating. There is a store at bottom of the hill, ok for basic necessities. You’re very close to redwood trails (Jed Smith Nat’l Park). Local baker left delicious muffins for us with her info on mobile service if you’d like sweets delivered to your door. Fast, reliable internet – I WFH with internet faster than home. Working remotely was tough with no comfortable seating. Dining table is an outdoor set with no cushions Cons: Extremely high fees, disappointed we couldn’t use fireplace, no hammock as pictured, no cohesive décor made space feel a little sterile, proximity to food, uncomfortable dining seats. Nice creek out front, loved hearing frogs croak at night."

If you are looking for a place to stay in the Grants Pass area, I would highly recommend here especially, especially since they got new air conditioning put in last year. It definitely makes it so much better than being out in the hot sun all day."

"I wanted to make sure that my two dogs were included in the reservation. I originally booked for two adults and two dogs. When I received an email confirmation it only showed two adults. It was difficult to find a number or email so I could make sure I had paid the appropriate fees for the pets. I finally found a phone number to call and spoke to someone with very broken English that was hard to understand but they did confirm that the pets were included in the reservation. There had been an email saying I could message the host But when I clicked on the link it only took me to a place that said there are no new messages but didn't have a way for me to leave a message. Our stay was excellent. Communication was not. Paper towels would be nice. "
