"A delightful hotel which offered me a warm and efficient welcome. The room was immaculate and cosy. The cooked-to-order breakfast was delicious and filling, in a warm and clean setting. The service was professional and friendly. I would have loved to have stayed more than one night to relax a little more and enjoy the environment. Highly recommended!"

"Great location really close to the Malvern hills so we were able to walk straight from the door to some great views. The apartment itself was perfectly comfortable and we all slept well. The kitchen was missing a few basic items we would have found useful (wooden spoon, ice cube tray, washing up liquid, kitchen roll and cling film). We were however given dishwasher tablets but sadly never found the dishwasher! The apartment was generally clean but the windows could have done with some attention, and to pull the blinds you had to stand on a chair! "
