"Room was clean. Internet wasn’t working; no help available. Sign on office door “Pick up your own key” “Manager not available afternoons or evenings.” We found it to be adequate but lacking in any charm or warmth. Right on major road, parking lot very tight. The room was fine, clean and most things worked, but we won’t return."

"I reserved a king bed room and they gave me a double queen bed room. Tried to fix problem at front desk twice but lady didn’t care at all! Had a room above us that was so noisy we couldn’t sleep! Mattresses were terribly uncomfortable! I couldn’t believe we had such poor service and poor quality mattress from a Hilton hotel! Will not stay at a Tru by Hilton ever again!!!!"

"Great place to stay while passing through. This hotel was clean, comfortable, and the breakfast was the best of all the hotels we stayed at. They had these great little lemon poppyseed scones and a nice whole wheat bread that were very good. The waffle maker had a blueberry option that the kiddos loved. The beds were comfortable. The location was great. We would and likely will stay here again on a future trip. "

"The gentlemen at the front wasn't the most welcoming, with no hello or greeting at all. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay and got a great deal on it. This place has a lot of amenities like the pickle ball/basketball court and in a great location as well. "

"It’s a little bit dated but the beds were great, the bathroom spacious and the a/c worked fine to drown out the traffic sounds. Lots of restaurants nearby and it was easy to get on and off the highway to this location."

"It was located in a great area. The hot tub was great. It was a small room but just fine for us. They could do some extra cleaning of light fixtures etc. It was nice to have a few small options to eat in the morning. Access was easy. No problems with parking. "
