"Bed was hard, reminded me of my days laying on wood with a pad at Camp Samaesan. Thailand with the Royal Marines in 1989. Pillows to firm as well. No wash cloths. Hot tub and pool were good. Looked like people enjoyed minigolf and pickleball."

None of the guests we interacted with were happy about the hot tub, but they wouldn't do anything about it."
