I had an absolutely enjoyable stay for 5 nights during the first week of July. I arrived at the airport on an early morning flight. When I got to the hotel, tired, the front desk staff found me a room on the 24th floor so that I could leave my luggage and freshen up before going out for the day. This is a long stop before my international flight and I needed a good rest as well as shopping. I’m so happy I tried this hotel. Very convenient to shopping malls and restaurants. Quite, clean with a nice view. Gave me excellent service from the entrance to my room. Housekeeping and bellmen were commendable. Your check in counters were also courteous and accommodating!

I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The whole staff were very approachable and cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. It is quite pricey but worth it. My husband left his suit in our room and so thankful the staff kept it and we were able to pick it up. Thanks for your honesty.

Exceptional stay at Alino Hotel! Clean room with excellent daily housekeeping — fast, efficient, and thorough. All staff were incredibly helpful, well-trained, respectful, and friendly, always opening doors and assisting with the elevator. The guards were courteous, the staff at Kutchara were very accommodating, and the service from everyone was outstanding. Special kudos to the manager for being so compassionate and friendly. Highly recommended!

Aside from the perfect location near restaurants and shops, all the staff were very pleasant and eager to help also prompt service every time I requested something sent to my room. already recommended BGC SEDA to everyone I know and every time I visit Manila I’ll only stay at this hotel

Discovery suites was wonderful! The staff was polite, professional, and attentive. The room (premiere 2 queen suite) had a lot of space, great amenities (toaster oven, fridge, dvd player,etc) and we were a short walk to megamall. The area is a bit busy during the day, but by night it's peaceful and quiet. Would stay again!

I have stayed at New World several times. I always enjoy my stay there. The staff are extremely nice and accommodating. The room is spacious, although it is a little old, but definitely very clean. This is one of the hotels I would definitely come back to whenever I am in Manila.

We have stayed there several times and there's a reason. The staff are always helpful and the property is well kept. Walking distance to the gym, shopping, food are all pluses.

Property is clean, staff was very helpful and friendly.. as i was waiting at the lobby for my room to be ready, i saw the receptionist how she assisnt the dissable customers she was very helpful and accomodating as well.. what a plesant stay.

The staff is amazing here and they go above and beyond. I had an incident which stepped on a rusty clothes hanger in the street on the way back to the hotel and the police contacted the staff here (Esmeralda) and they responded right away sending their RN and having their EMS take me to the local hospital(5mins away). Beautiful hotel in an excellent location, right in the heart of BGC. From our airport pickup, being greeted at the entry and taken directly to our room for check-in, everything was great.

We ended up having to book the last available room after an airline delay, and our original hotel was unable to extend. Place was clean, staff professional and courteous. They were able to provide a 2 hour early check in without charge (though earlier would have cost 1000p). Water pressure and temperature were excellent, which is hard to find at lower price hotels.
