"Clean and quiet room. Excellent location; overall, the hotel was very good. However, the reception staff needs to learn customer service and basic manners. They were very unprofessional, and even though there were three employees at the time, I ended up having to check out on my own at their self-service station. For $185 per night in the off-season, at what is supposed to be a 4-star hotel, I definitely expected better."

It sounded like a large industrial fan was blowing - loud mechanical noise and loud wind noise. Very surprising in a hotel of this quality - not sure if this was just our room, but would not stay here again as a result. "
