"Clean room, friendly staff and great location! Only issue we had was the shower pressure and the water didn’t ever get hot!"

"Everything was absolutely exceptional except for the front desk workers, we found them a little bit rude and i understand it was a busy weekend but we’re paying so much to be there it would have been nice to be greeted with manors. All other staff were absolutely amazing being the managers, cleaners and waitstaff. another unsatisfactory part of our stay was the elevators, we waited 10-20 minutes each time we wanted to get to our room and even when we got it we shared with 8 other people that makes me wonder how safe it is. the chelsea hotel has 4 sections of different elevators and it works out great. all though this hotel is by far the best one i have stayed at downtown toronto, the amenities and rooms were absolutely amazing. thank you so much as"

"good for a cheap sta if you're broke, would not recommend. walls, and ceiling covered in odd stains, trim and paint falling off walls, odd smell at least i could smoke !"

"It was certainly not the place for a single female guest.. i did not see any signage to indicate where the location was other than a piece of paper stuck to the door. The door was locked, so i had to call to get in, then after checking in, i was taken outside and up the street in through another door to my room. The curtains were dirty and mismatched. I only stayed because a family member was in the local hospital. "
