"what is darling property in a secluded, peaceful spot, yet only a mile or so from town.Unusual layout, real nice master bedroom suite, the second bedroom, mostly nicely outfitted is on the second floor in the loft, access by a secure ladder. ( i’m 75 had no problem upstairs but does require reasonable nimbleness. good Keurig machine and a big supply of coffee pods. It was appreciated.Just sitting on the deck in the rockers looking out back was very very pleasant."

"You can tell the host considers every detail of comfort and need for the customer.Cotton sheet bed linens were exquisite and comfortable. So many VRBOs are using polyester sheets, which are hot and sticky. Loved the quiet and respect for privacy, loved the well tended grounds with veg. garden. There is outdoor seating with patio to enjoy it."

"The property was perfect for our needs and loved the layout and big backyard. Only thing was the deck is in serious need of repair with soft spots and we din not feel comfortable with our son on the deck. Otherwise everything was great and we will stay here again."

"We thought the Comfy Bear Cottage nicely built and well laid out for its size. The kitchen utensils fit our needs. We ran out of shampoo - the housekeepers will likely replenish. It took a little experimentation to figure out how to turn on the gas fireplace and then to turn it off when it had taken the chill off. An explanation about it in the booklet might be good.We would stay again."

"The neighborhood was nice and quiet and just off the highway so it was just a quick 5 min drive over to Dover Bay or Downtown Sandpoint. The whole place was really clean and comfortable. The bed was so comfortable! Our host responded really quickly to questions. We really enjoyed our stay!"
