"I last stayed here in 2016 and sadly it has since got a bit tired. Public areas, stair wells etc could do with some TLC and like so many hotels staffing seems stretched. Room 8 was uncomfortably warm even with the windows open and floor fan on. The Spa facility is at another establishment and attracts a £10pp fee so photos are rather misleading. Restaurant was very good with excellent staff. On site parking was limited and pretty tight but managed to find a space. Overall I enjoyed my stay, staff were friendly and did their best but some investment is needed to lift the Noel Arms back to its former glory"

"The staff were very friendly on arrival however there were some miscommunication and we were left for half an hour waiting to be checked in whilst we were missing the wedding which we questioned, the room was okay, quite small and basic but no issues, unfortunately there were skid marks in the toilet from someone else which then made us question the cleanliness, the light had a sensor in the bathroom and it kept going on and off during the night making a clicking noise which was quite annoying. "

"We absolutely loved Pinkney House and could not recommend it enough. We normally do a yearly trip to the Cotswolds and always love to stay in Chipping Campden. This cottage did not disappoint and we will definitely be rebooking to stay here again. We are extremely fussy with high standards and it is unusual for somewhere to be completely without fault - Pinkney House really was without fault. Cleanliness for us is one of the most, if not the most important aspect of staying somewhere and it was exceptionally clean. It was so enjoyable to stay somewhere that was perfect; what a difference it makes. I could not fault the location, the cleanliness, the quality of the furnishings, the quality of the beds, bedding, towels etc. the list could go on. The house is so spacious and great to go away with friends as the layout of the house enables you to be at completely separate ends of the house meaning you have so much privacy. The decor is gorgeous and has been done very thoughtfully and tastefully. The service and instructions provided were easy to follow and informative. It really was fantastic. If you are considering booking, don't hesitate. Worth every penny. Can't wait to return."
