"We had a lovely stay at Casa Loteria. The location is very central and the room was spacious and comfortable. Having a kitchen was great as we cooked our own breakfasts. In hindsight I would have included the breakfast option when booking, as it was a great deal and about half the price as buying it at the hotel. We enjoyed the pool and relaxing on the loungers. The staff were friendly and there is coffee available every morning in the reception hall. The free yoga for guests on the rooftop patio was another bonus, and the instructor was great. The wifi in our room wasn't good, but if we sat just outside the door by the pool it was great. There was painting going on just outside our door which lasted for nearly a week! That was unfortunate as we felt it could have been finished in a day or two, but we made do. The bed was comfy but a little loud when getting up from it. All in all we had a wonderful stay and I would come back again if we are back in the area."

"10/10Our stay at this casita in Sayulita was absolutely wonderful. The space was very cute and perfectly sized—comfortable without feeling cramped. The architecture had a lovely charm, and everything was spotless when we arrived, which immediately made us feel at ease.We especially loved the artwork throughout the casita; it added a lot of personality and made the space feel unique rather than generic. One of the unexpected highlights was the adorable balcony cat who would stop by—it was such a fun and memorable touch.The balcony itself was a great feature. The view was exactly as described, and it became our favorite place to relax and recharge after spending long days walking all over Sayulita.Greg, our host, struck the perfect balance—he was on-site and available if we needed anything, but he also fully respected our privacy, which we really appreciated.Overall, this casita delivered exactly what we were hoping for: comfort, charm, and a peaceful place to unwind. We would definitely stay here again."

"Location is great- 3 minute walk to the beach and town square. I’d love to give a 5 star review but unfortunately, we had several problems throughout our stay. The hot water did not work the first day (the property fixed the next day to their credit), the sink had a consistent gurgling sound during the night which we reported but was never properly fixed and kept us up each night, our room was not cleaned the last day of our stay and we were informed the maid had left when we inquired as to the status, and the AC went out the last night of our stay resulting in a very uncomfortable night of sleep. This was our first stay in Sayulita so we don’t know how alternatives would be but overall we were slightly disappointed as a result of the many property maintenance issues that we dealt with on an almost daily basis."

"Everything was great! The ONLY little thing is after we checked out we sat at the pool and that was a nono, and got told to leave which was unfortunate as check out never aligns with pickup."

"Perfect spot for what we wanted! Private balcony and amazing shared amenities! The pool was beautiful and clean and the bbq was an awesome addition that we cooked up some fish we had caught. Far enough from town to ensure no noise pollution but close enough to walk to the square in less than 5 minutes. "
