"Everything seems to be quite new and very clean! It is very close to everything and very quiet. My lasy day I had no power or water, but I learned that many parts of Sayulita experienced the same problem that day. It is a great little place for a great price!"
"Hotel was very clean and in a great location. Room was spacious with a great view and steps from the beach. Great restaurants and shops all within walking distance. "
"Very nice accommodation. The on site staff were all friendly and helpful. The road stays pretty noisy with vehicles climbing the hill, but the property and room are so nice we’ll be back despite the noise. "

"Great hotel tucked away from downtown but close enough. Most excellent breakfast everyday and the two pools is a huge plus. The staff were all very friendly. Highly recommend getting massages! Wonderful stay! "
"Hotel is in a quiet part of Sayulita, about 1.5 miles from downtown. A shot walk to the beach. Pool was amazing and the staff was helpful with providing dining options. Good A/C, wifi was slow. Would not hesitate to stay here again if back in Sayulita."
"Just terrible experience! Check in info was NOT sent prior to arrival as said on the listing. Arrived at 2:00 pm expecting to go right in since that was the time for check in, the guard was rude to us even before getting out of my car to request access. I gave him the info for my reservation and he said there was no record on his end and he couldn’t let me in, he told me to contact the property manager, which I couldn’t do because the cellular reception there is terrible!!!!!!! I asked if he couldn’t contact them for me since I had no service or WiFi. He was just not helpful. Mind you, it was hot and humid; I had both of my kids in the car and my elderly mother.
After finally getting cell reception I made several call attempts without any luck. So I messaged the property through WhatsApp, took a while to reply.
Had to go back and forth with the guard because he just refused to let us through. Didn’t even let us park near the entrance. When he asked which condo we were on and I told him the dream haus he says “that’s on another entrance through the back! You have to go around. You can go walking!”
IT WAS NOT!!!!!!! I walked about 30 minutes around the property UPHILL!!!!!!!! Without water. I began having an asthma attack. It was horrible. That man was horrible. Once I arrived to the top of the property a kind man (the upper tower guard) assisted me to sit down and gave me water. I explained the situation and he helped. We were inside the Condo almost 3:00. NOT 2 as advert"
Casa Lotería -Pueblito Sayulita- Colorful, Family and Relax Experience with Private Parking and Pool
10/10 Excellent
"We stayed as a family of five at Casa Lotería in August of 2025. It was WONDERFUL for us! We ate breakfast everyday at the cozy restaurant by the pool, then chips and guac for lunch. Alan and Jonathan ended up feeling like family. Our boys, ages 15, 14, and 9, were in the pool a good amount of time (as were we). The staff was incredible. There is parking on-site. Rooms were clean, cozy, w nice, cold AC. We would recommend this little hotel to couples, singles, families. We are a bit homesick for Casa Lotería in Sayulita, and we WILL be back. "
