"Birding trip. Very comfortable beds. Great bathrooms. Hot tub. Enjoyable kitchen to work in. Has all the basic supplies but not much else. Spectacular view and great outdoor seating. We do a lot of traveling and this was one of the best properties I’ve stayed."

"Beautiful location surrounded by walking trails and easy access to the beach. Communication with the caretakers was excellent. They were extremely helpful and responsive. The house was very comfortable but I suggest bringing the basics you need in terms of shampoo/conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, olive oil, etc as it wasn’t well stocked. We’d definitely come back."

"I arrived stressed at the end of a very busy month. I left….well you could have poured me into my car. A beautiful home, a breathtaking view, and a host that would have given me the shirt off her back. And when I say there were thousands of pelicans floating by with a smile, it would not be an exaggeration. The house is first class. Don’t miss this house when you go to Gualala."

"The location of this property was excellent, and the ocean views were fabulous. The home and kitchen were well-equipped. Nice big screen TV. Good internet. Lots of pots and pans, dishes, glasses, utensils, etc. Comfortable beds. Nice deck. The listing was a little ambiguous regarding the number of bathrooms -- there are two full bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower, and one with a shower over tub. On the negative side: It smells a little musty, but that is to be expected considering the proximity to the ocean. Closet space is limited; so, it might be nice if the owners were to install some hooks in the bedrooms to add hang-up options. One of the bathrooms did not have towel racks; so, again a few hooks or a towel rack would be a nice addition. I would stay here again."

"Enjoyed our second four day visit to this house. Like great views, clean, well stocked kitchen & nicely furnished. Two trees are blocking a lot of the beautiful ocean view & need trimming plus the yard in entry needs care as detracts from otherwise positive feelings. Good place overall."

"We have completely enjoyed staying at this property. The thoughtfulness of the place is admirable. Tesla charger , washer and dryer, backyard view to ocean, gazebo with sofas, large family dining table, games and proximity to ocean with excellent beach are highlights. We went with kids and friends and all had good time. This is a very spacious place with multiple rooms and we got good fun. We look forward to going back and enjoying! I took my guitar and surprised to find the receiver with inputs so that I can connect the sound cable and listen to my music from surround system! The beds , the furniture, outdoor and. Indoor fire pit, and interiors are done with care by owners I think with thought that we should feel at home and comfortable. Kids played board games at the place, had a nice time with family. The location itself is so good , views and photos came out so good. At walking distance we saw good nice nature and stunning."

"We had such a wonderful stay here! The property was absolutely beautiful, with gorgeous landscaping and so much to explore. We stayed in the Antique Cabin, which was so cute, comfortable and very clean. We saw tons of hummingbirds while walking around the property, which was such a fun little bonus. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming. They greeted us when we arrived and made us a wonderful breakfast of biscuits and gravy. I would HIGHLY recommend it, the biscuits were definitely top tier! The area itself was also so peaceful and beautiful. It’s quiet, and every once in a while you can hear sea lions in the distance, which really adds to the whole coastal experience. Overall, we had such a great stay and would absolutely come back again!"
