Potencial de melhorarias .

A experiência no hotel foi razoável, mas houve algumas falhas significativas no atendimento. Com exceção de um funcionário da noite e o dono, a equipe demonstrou falta de disposição para gentileza. Durante os dois dias em que tomei café da manhã, os funcionários da manhã não perguntaram se precisávamos de algo, limitando-se a um atendimento mecânico, sem hospitalidade. Somente descobri que havia bicicletas disponíveis para uso gratuito ao consultar o catálogo do hotel no WhatsApp, sem que a equipe tenha se preocupado em informar previamente. Em um dos dias, acredito que a dona estava presente pela manhã, mas ela não sorriu, não interagiu e parecia completamente despreparada, alheia ao que acontecia ao seu redor. Entrávamos e saíamos do hotel com a sensação de estarmos sendo atendidos de forma desinteressada, como se estivéssemos ali de favor. Na hotelaria, o mínimo que se espera é gentileza e sorrisos. Além disso, as moças da cozinha estavam visivelmente de mau humor todos os dias, o que impactou ainda mais a experiência. A comunicação só ocorreu via WhatsApp, o que reforça a falta de interação pessoal. Acredito que o hotel tem potencial, mas a equipe precisa demonstrar vontade de atender, ser mais gentil e oferecer uma hospitalidade verdadeira.

MUITO CONFORTÁVEL

Desde o atendimento até a experiência com o quarto foi excelente. O estacionamento é um pouco apertado, mas gratuito e seguro com portão automático. O chuveiro é muito bom também. A cama muito confortável. TV Smart com internet.

Hotel proximo à praia, excelente localização, atendimento da recepção excelente, nos proporcionou uma estadia muito agradavel. Os donos são Argentinos e muito prestativos, nos acomodaram logo pela manhã, embora o check-in fosse somente após 14hs. Na saida, deixaram meu carro na garagem como cortezia para irmos a praia. Recomendo com toda certeza voltaremos.

Razoável, o que mais nos decepcionou foi o café da manhã, muito ruim com poucas opções e com produtos que pareciam ser de outro dia. Passeio nas bicicletas do hotel são pagos, não achamos isso legal. O hotel fica longe dos lugares movimentados que fomos. Também é muito ruim a parceria do hotel com a hoteis.com porque não dão a opção de parcelamento. Não seria uma recomendação nossa esse hotel.

No quesito limpeza e proximidade pra praia nota 10. Mas a cama era desconfortável e pequena. Café da manhã com poucas opções. Alguns produtos meio passados como bolo e suco de laranja. Sem contar que pelo valor da diária seria muito interessante uma piscina.

Instalações claras, limpas e bem conservadas. Localizado a cerca de 60m da praia da Enseada. Funcionários muito simpáticos e atenciosos. O quarto que fiquei era bem pequeno e por isso não tinha tanto conforto, banheiro bem claro, iluminado e limpo, chuveiro excelente, ar condicionado OK, porém barulhento! Senti falta de uma TV smart... a do quarto era mais antiga e com pouca oferta de canais (nenhum de filmes disponível). Tem estacionamento no prédio, mas é bem apertado, e desconfortável para estacionar. E embora tenha café da manhã, achei fraco, com poucas opções, e quem chega mais perto do horário de término fica com menos opções ainda, pois nem tudo é reposto! Durante minha estadia tivemos alguns picos com falta de energia, e problemas técnicos com a Net (sem TV e Wi-Fi). No geral, nota 6/7. Ponto alto foi o excelente atendimento recebido!

Hotel simples e eficiente

Hotel simples porem tudo muito limpo e tudo funciona. Me pareceu muito novo. Atendimento muito cortês. 50m da praia. Parceria com o quiosque que oferece serviço de praia.Tem que levar sua propria toalha. Otima opção para quem vem com foco na praia ou vem a trabalho. Hotel nao tem lazer.
