Room service is not provided as they list in the free amenities but u will have to do a deep cleaning of the room including washing the floors 😂before leaving otherwise it will cost you 49 euro, u will be charged for extra towels other wise u are shout out of luck if you have kids. Checking is AFTER 5 pm!!! Yep! The WiFi does not work...

"Établissement très bien placé. Accès facile et beaucoup de prestations offertes sur place. En revanche l'appartement qui nous a été attribué était sale. Cheveux noirs dans les tiroirs de salle de bain, tapis de baignoire plein de miettes et saleté. Sol dans l'ensemble de l'appartement plein de miettes, cheveux, les casseroles complètement brûlées dans le fond, vaisselle salé et collante, fermeture de la porte fenêtre cassée. Le lieu est vraiment sympa mais j'aurais apprécié ne pas avoir à...
