"The hotel was great, my only issue I had was I pre-paid for two rooms both with a balcony and when I got all checked into the rooms I walk in only to realize neither room had a balcony. Not the end of the world, our plane had been delayed so our trip was cut short but I did pay extra money to have a balcony with a partial view so that was disappointing."

"My family and I had our first beach vacation at the gulf shores Alabama. We had an amazing experience as we got the nicest view from our balcony. The staff are very friendly and understandable for our children that have a special needs. They had a rule to not bring breakfast food to any rooms but since our children have sensory issues in a crowd and beeping sound from waffle maker and microwaves, they gave us exceptions. Thank you for that. The only minor concern we had was that the room doesnt have enough storage like drawers to keep our important small belongings like keys, wallets, cellphones and such. Other than that we had an amazing stay as our room is very comfortable, spacious, had a nicest ocean view from the balcony."

"My hotel stay was nice. All of the front desk staff were friendly, except for one young lady who I wasn’t that impressed with. The room was clean. Housekeeping missed cleaning my room one day, but were great the rest of the week. I was pleased that it really was close to the beach since this was my first time in Gulf Shores. I would stay here again. I will definitely return next year!!"

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved this house. Was perfect for our annual cousin trip. One of the best-equipped kitchens I've ever had in a rental. Loved the long boardwalk - made the access to the beach even easier. Enjoyed being on a strip of beachfront that was all houses, no condos."
