Brand new 2 bedroom condo, with a gorgeous beach. Property sits 12.5 miles out from Gulf Shores on the Peninsula. This unit & building (4) was completely rebuilt after Hurricane Sally. Unit can sleep up to 6 adults with the pullout sleeper sofa. Master bedroom has queen bed with bathroom. 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds, 2nd bathroom just out side doorway. The kitchen is fully equipped and supplied with all cookware, utensils, dishes & silverware. Eat in kitchen table easily accommodates 4 adults. The living room features a balcony facing the Gulf of Mexico with a great view and a soft breeze, a queen-size sleeper sectional sofa, Smart TV'S. The unit is air conditioned and heated. The master bathroom has a custom full walk in shower. Other in-unit amenities include, microwave, dishwasher, electric range, coffeemaker, blender, cable TV, garbage disposal, iron & ironing board, hair blow dryer, curling iron.
A Great Resort for Family Fun!: The Plantation Resort boasts it's own private sugar sand beach on the Gulf of Mexico, 1 indoor heated and 2 outdoor pools, indoor jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, tennis courts, basketball court, horseshoes, shuffleboard, Sassy Bass Island Grill on site, BBQ grills, laundry on the 1st floor of the building, (credit or debit card only).

Great beach. Location is about 20ish minutes from Gulf Shores so try to bring everything to minimize driving back and forth. The accommodations are great and the unit even has beach chairs, a beach cart, and beach toys. 3 pools, hot tub, sauna, and steam room were great.

Amazing property. Location is a quick 20 minutes from the festival. Finding our condo was easy and getting in was slick with the key code we set up with Dean. Property is clean and well appointed. We had the best week!!

This property was wonderful! Dean was great to work with, the view was perfect, short walk to the beach and pool. This condo is located on the 5th… just a heads up if you have to take the stairs. We are already looking at booking this property again next year. Be sure to eat at The Hammered Crab or Tin Top restaurant in gulf shores.

Great newer condo

Dean is a gracious host. This condo is new, on the top floor with a great view. Short walk to beach and pools and has many items to bring to beach to play with that you don’t have to bring yourself. Golf course is right next door. Indoor pool, hot tub, steam room and sauna nice to have included as well.

Our family of 2 adults, 2 13yo and 2 16yo all fit easily. Very nice condo, with everything you need. Sand toys, and some sport equipment. Everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. Short walk to the beach and pool. Indoor pool was great for the windy or rainy days. None of the pools were ever too crowded. We love the Ft. Morgan area. Close to Gulf shores but away from the business.

Everything you need

We have stayed at Gulf Shores Plantation before. This unit is our favorite so far. Newly remodeled with convenient finishes, this clean unit would be comfortable for a family of 4. The owner has absolutely attended to details, including a light to light up the keypad. Communication with Dean was prompt. We appreciated the towel hooks on the balcony where we enjoyed coffee each morning. We will be back!

Great top floor condo

I picked it because 2 bed 2 bath for me and my older adult sons. Twins in second room for them was fine they said. My queen bed was very comfortable and love the walk in shower. Beach was right across and pool was nice. My brother, wife and kids were in a house close by,closer than we thought ;walking distance so that was a plus. Kitchen was stocked pretty well, had to buy a sponge but at least cheap lol i bought cheap mainstay brand keurig since easier/cheaper for me to bring my kcups instead of buying coffee for my one cup a day. Donated to condo so he has it for others. Great week spent with my sons and my neices for her softball tourney.

Great place, great host!

First things first…this place is nice and clean! There were lots of extras we weren’t expecting (beach cart, boogie boards, beach toys, etc). There’s plenty of storage for all your clothes and stuff…and hooks for drying your beach/pool clothes. The walk from the condo to the beach was very easy, even with a toddler. And the beach was amazing and not crowded at all! If I had to be picky and list one critique…we wished there was plastic bowls/plates (#toddler). But next time we’ll just bring some. And Dean was amazing. He was very accessible and answered any questions we had. But most of all, he’s human. We accidentally left a very loved and cherished stuffed animal behind. After getting home and realizing it, I messaged him pretty late at night and he said he’d try to find “Ella.” And he did! With the help of his housekeeper, Ella will make her way back to her 7 y/o owner. Sorry for the long review but this place and these people deserve it! We would stay here again and again.
