"The host was responsive to all our requests and promptly resolved one issue we had with our stay. The Delta Grand Victorian was a striking home both inside and out. It had excellent views of the area and was in a great location. We did feel the preparation prior to our visit did lack serious attention to detail. There was no blow dryer in either of the bathrooms as stated in the website, however this issue was resolved during our stay. Also the website stated a gym was available which would have been located in the basements but the access to it had a sign stating private and was locked. The Grand Victorian had four issues regarding cleanliness. Live and dead insects were seen throughout the house, the kitchen range was in need of a cleaning both inside and out, there was hair in the drawers in the downstairs master bathroom, and the washer had moisture inside it and mold had started to grow. The outside access to the garage and front door was tricky to navigate since the removal of snow, ice and debris was poorly done.I believe the host of this property will be proactive and insure those staying in the future will not have the issues we had. Just to be clear even with the issues I have stated we had a good stay, not an excellent stay. The Delta Grand Victorian has the potential to be excellent."
