"Best Western was a no-frills experience. Everything was okay, but not great. My room was clean, the staff was friendly, and there was coffee in the lobby. Main complaints were renovations on the property upon arrival so it was noisy and busy. The front desk attendant was also on the phone with what sounded like corporate upon arrival as well, which caused a wait of around 10-15 minutes. Not the end of the worth, only a minor complaint. "Our room looked nice, updated and the hotel did too. The staff was polite and helpful. Unfortunately the hotel's indoor pool was COLD, had trash floating in it, the plaster was dirty or discolored and the lights were off. It was unusable and so was the jacuzzi. It even had an out of order sign and plywood covering it up. Our room was not stocked with coffee and the coffee pot was missing parts on it also. We went down to get coffee but we would have been charged $3.15 for your normal pump...

"The room was not well maintained. Room was not made up on a daily basis. There was no daily breakfast as advertised on their website. (Under construction) Should have been informed, would have chosen another hotel!!! Furniture was dated and worn down. Exterior of property was not well maintained and there were issues with the elevator."

The entire property is under renovation which is fine but they're still putting people in rooms that are frankly disgusting they have mold in the bathrooms mold in the vents broken down barely you know good Furniture the box springs look stained there was stuff under the beds it smelled we had to change rooms the odor was so bad probably cuz of the mold no hot water...

"Smoking and weird smell all over the building and no luggage trolley , sofa matress has stains and bathroom has only 1 mini shampoo which is for only 1 person hardly and we're 4 persons and grab n go breakfast was terrible , there was no muffins and coffee was about to end"
