"Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location, with a spectacular breakfast! We had a small issue with our room view, as a bridge completely obstructed it, but the staff did their best to help. Although the hotel was fully booked, they offered us an alternative room and, ultimately, a lovely spa treat as a gesture of goodwill. We truly appreciated their kindness and effort. One thing to keep in mind: if you’re choosing this hotel specifically to see or photograph the Northern Lights, it may not be the best option. The exterior architecture has many columns that obstruct a clear view through the windows, making photography difficult. Other than that, the hotel is simply amazing and highly recommended!"
