"Room ok - only stayed two nights. There was a chip in the bottom of the sink which gave the impression it hadn't been cleaned properly until you realised it was chipped and the plug wasn't working properly. Light at one side of the bed not working - plug on the other side not working. Bed & pillows were very comfortable. States black out curtains but light filtered through the top. Buffet style breakfast which was average - could do with 2 coffee machines to help reduce queuing time. Staff very polite. Location good - very near the station and underground. "

"STAFF: From the very start, the taller lady receptionist was not helpful, always saying she is busy and cant helo us with no available rooms since we arrived early. She could have easily told us to check in online which I eventually did and was able to get a room. ROOM: The place felt hard, no carpet, chair was hard, everything felt spartan like. The only positive was the heated floor in the batroom LOCATION: ,It is a 3 min walk from the end of Wien Hbf but if you want to go to where the shops are, it is a 10 min walk to the other end of Hbf. However it is a 2 min walk to tram d station Alfred Adler. BREAKFAST: For the prize of €18, the spread was not worth it, dont avail it. Lastly I was charged a city tax which was not mentioned in my itinerary. NEVER GOING TO STAY HERE AGAIN!"
