There was not a lot options for breakfast and no Splenda. The parking was convenient. They have a planet fitness, ShopRite and a Walmart nearby. They also have lots of food options.

The staff were really prompt cleaning the rooms, unlike certain hotels currently trying to save money by leaving cleaning up to the customer. Staff was really friendly. Would stay here again.

I found the property to be dirty. Mold around the bathtub bathfitter so I had to shower the kids because it was kind of gross for a bath. Room was ok but does need updating. Ice was not working and the breakfast was horrible. Not even sure they can say breakfast included. It was a waffle and a granola bar.

The evening check-in person was wonderful and friendly. The day-time check-in person gave the impression he did not like his job. He was very rude to my brother. The room was clean and large. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was just okay, but the coffee was good. The cleaning staff was very friendly. I asked if there was a discount for veterans, but was told I had to request a discount upon registering. I did not see that option.

As the only hotel in Hackettstown, I've stayed here several times during my kid's time at Centenary University. It was, without a doubt, the worst hotel I've ever stayed at, with one trip having uncleaned vomit in the hotel elevator the entire stay. However, the hotel has significantly improved, and the last two trips have been pleasant, with clean rooms and updated bedding. Hotel staff is friendly and courteous, the beds are comfortable, and the location is convenient.
