"Was able to check in late which was stress-free. Fantastic location, really loved exploring the area! Kitchen came equipped with the things you need if you wanted to cook, but the room was quite small so I didn’t do any cooking. Though the fridge/freezer was great so I could at least have breakfast. Would recommend! "

"Everthing was very good , breakfast was very good the only thing I would change and this is from my point of view was that the toilet were to low which when getting on in years can be a bit of a problem. The hotel is located in just the right area."

"The hotel is well placed just a short walk from Old Street tube and therefore handy for links to all parts of the city. There is also bus stops right outside and across the road if you prefer to explore London via that method. There is also hotel staff could not have been friendlier and were keen to assist with any queries and needs we had during our stay. We were offered early check in and late check out on our arrival and reduced rates on future on any future direct bookings. Also complimentary cheese and wine in reception on two nights of the week and complimentary water in our room. Tea and coffee making in our room also and no problem in obtaining extra tea and coffee, milk, etc as needed. This really is a gem of a place to stay."

"This was my first stay at a Point A hotel, but won’t be my last! The location was convenient to Liverpool Street Station, which was a big plus. The room was relatively spacious and the shower the best I’d had in 3 weeks in England. It was nice having food and beverage options in the lobby where there was also umbrella rental. The one thing I didn’t love was the lighting in the room, which was so high tech that I couldn’t figure out how to have on only the reading light by the bed."

"The staff were excellent and the room was very clean with good amenities. The hotel itself is a good 20 to 25 minute walk from the closest tube and the directions a little confusing. In retrospect would recommend taking a taxi from the tube to the hotel and back again. There are a number of restaurants in the vicinity but a bit of a walk to find fine dining."

"quiet area, got a free room upgrade, we were able to drop our luggage off upon arrival before able to check in, very friendly staff, right next to the train station and common bus stop. also for bonus there is a grocery store right next to the hotel and an asian grocery store right across the street 10/10 would book again."

"Room is wonderful but if you have mobility issues ask for handicapped because tub is extremely high. No luggage rack. Now the food was just awful other than breakfast. No food service other than breakfast on Sunday. So good luck finding a dinner because nothing available in the hood. Eli the step down restaurant doesn’t serve sandwiches or fries but the special of the day was trout belly with rice. I had a pasta dish and a salad comprised mainly of baby arugula you would be surprised at the cost but portion was similar to a tasting menus. Advice to owners hire a chef who will cook fish and chips and Shepherds Pie. Then bar was attached to the reservations, only restaurant so if you wanted to come and have a gin and tonic you felt out of place in tennis shoes. Hotel staff consisted of very nice, hard working people but I didn’t have interaction with most of them, HOWEVER at checkout you will find the mandatory service charge which was explained as tipping the staff! I tip for service. They added on taxes well beyond what I paid for when booking. Take a pass and stay in a tourist area."

"Great stay! Well located close to stations with great links into London. The staff were great, the accomodation was clean, tidy and the bed comfortable. The only feed back was some drain unblocking is required as the sink and shower in room 107 was back filling a lot."
