"Excellent location for us (near family, shopping and public transportation), well-appointed and spacious apartment, and with a surprisingly expansive view of Jerusalem from the lovely balcony. It's on the "first floor," but that's really more like the 5th floor of the building, as the lower floors are office space, and the building is situated on a hill. Highly recommend this property. (One caveat: bathrooms are beautiful, but surfaces are slippery when wet. I recommend placing a towel on the stone flooring before taking a shower.) "
