"Incredible, incredible front desk staff. Everyone was lovely to deal with and made me feel very welcome. My room was very nice, and seemed recently freshened. The bed was extremely comfortable; not too hard and not too soft."

"Very fine hotel, clean rooms, good breakfast. Easy too park the car. Close too ubahn. "

"The only comment is regarding the breakfast buffet. We were staying over Palm Sunday weekend and kids were on spring break - so the hotel was full of families with children. The buffet was always crowded. The first few days we went late to avoid the rush, but found out most of the items were not being replenished and those that were available had been picked over. Forget about waiting in line for a cooked egg or omelet. They only have one cook station and the line would stretch back into the other self serve sections. If I did stay there again I would not select the included breakfast rate and use the difference in money to go to a nearby cafe."

"There was substantial noise in the evening on the 26th floor. Seems like noise from a laundry room running in the night."

"My room was very clean. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast was fresh and offered lots of variety. Did not utilize parking, but the hotel is centrally located near various forms of public transportation. We were able to bike, bus, or use the rapid transit quite easily. This hotel is in a great location near many shops and cafes. I highly recommend and hope to return some day!"

"The entire property is fabulous. The staff is old school classical friendly. A joy to stay at. They are very accommodating. We travels with a dog who had his own bed provided by the hotel. Love this place. "

"Room was clean when we arrived but der only clean after 3 days of staying.was a hustle to get clean towels everyday,ended up reusing towels coz we never got clean ones.close to Central and restaurants in the near "
