"We were in Knoxville for a smokies game. This hotel is fantastic. Downtown and close to everything. The firefly outdoor bar is really nice and great place to hav a nightcap. Since we couldn’t check in until 2, the staff graciously allowed us to hang out at the pool (located on the 3rd floor with nice city views) until our room was ready. And compared to the other downtown luxury hotels, this Hilton was a great value. "

"This was a perfect location with Sam'sClub across the street for gas and WalMart behind that for incidentals. Also, the shopping, restaurants and freeway entrances were close by. I would highly recommend and plan to stay here again. The workers were extremely friendly and helpful. The laundry room could have used a few chairs for people to wait for the washers/dryers to end but that's the only update I would include. May a bench on the wall instead of chairs would work. "

"It was great. Beds were little firm but not stiff. Breakfast was a hot one was good. Carpet in room didn't look like it had been vacuumed, but the beds and bathroom was clean "
