"The room was clean and welcoming. The bathroom was old but the sink was in the room which to me was very nice. It was less than 10 minutes from the dunes park and it has good restaurant within 5 minutes driving distance"

"Pros: this rental is pet friendly (I try to thank all owners for being pet friendly); Bill is an excellent communicator; love the location; the property is large; the air conditioner works well; the bedding and towels are high quality; great hot water; the screened in porch is where we hung out the most. Cons: feels dark inside with all the lights on; seems like minor upgrades (mugs and plates) could make a big difference; additional utensils needed; you hear the trains pass by (as much of the area does)."

"We absolutely loved our stay at The Neighborhood Hotel in New Buffalo. From the moment we arrived, it felt welcoming, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed. The whole property has such a warm, relaxed feel, and our room was beautiful, comfortable, and felt much more personal than a typical hotel stay. It was the perfect home base for exploring New Buffalo and Harbor Country, and we really looked forward to coming back at the end of each day. There’s something very special about this place. It feels cozy, stylish, and easy all at once. We left wishing we had another night and would happily stay here again. Such a lovely spot for a Southwest Michigan getaway. ❤️"

"Nice layout. The house has a second / attached unit who you can hear (clear as day). None of the bedrooms have televisions, which would be nice. Would have been great if they had soap for the shower."

"This is a great house in a beautiful setting. Plenty of room for our family. The pool is great and the volleyball court and the playground equipment make it a great space for kids. The host is helpful and available."
