"We stayed here a total of 9 nights; 4 upon arrival in London and 5 more nights at the end of our holiday. We just loved the hotel and the location right next to North Acton station was perfect for travel within the city. Everyone on the staff was so nice and helpful to us, we appreciated everyone of them. The hot breakfast was great each morning. The only bad thing I can say was the internet. It never really worked great on my laptop the entire stay. Sometimes it would be strong, but more often the signal was very weak and spotty. This happened in both rooms we stayed in, 4th floor at the beginning and 3rd floor at the end. Internet is very important to travelers for communicating to people back home and planning the next day's activities. Having a good strong internet is not an option, it is a necessity for having a first class hotel. The hotel should really look into having their internet improved, then it would be a 5 star stay all the way."

"Parking is available on site, but the hotel is also right next to the train/tube station. Check in was quick and easy with friendly pleasant staff. Room was clean and tidy, but is looking a bit dated, with some general maintenance issues that need addressing, but that didn’t affect my stay. Breakfast is cooked fresh to order and there is a continental buffet, which was all nice. There is a bar and restaurant on site, but I didn’t use it on this occasion as I had to go out. All in all, a great hotel, will definitely stay again."

"The room 247 I stayed in was dirty bed mattress was old like lying on old springs. The main complaint was the window there was a safiwire on which I understand but no handle on frame for air in room but most of all a fire hazard as you could not open "

"We had two nights here lovely hotel, Breakfast had plenty of choices, cooked, cold meats, cereals etc its a help yourself Breakfast. Rooms are clean, we had a queen sized bed which was a little lumpy perhaps they need some new ones but the pillows were lovely & soft & comfortable. Staff very helpful & friendly. Its our second time here & will definitely stay again. "
