Large clean room. It was comfortable and quiet. We found it difficult to increase the room temperature, but we’re happy it was warm enough. Hotel is close to the overground. We had an issue with breakfast that was fully resolved by the lovely staff. I would not hesitate to recommend the Hotel for the price they advertise and I would use the Hotel again.

Tired, the foyer is impressive but then you see the out of order lift and the working one and they are in poor condition. The room was reasonably clean but the carpet heavily stained and the furniture badly stained and marked. Loose fittings in the tired bathroom. I had to ask for more towels as they had only put two face towels out. Curtains need rehanging. During my brief stay the one working lift broke down but was fixed within a short time. At 11pm a knock on the door from house keeping to say the smoke detector in my room was reporting smoke. I had not smoked nor vaped in the room. Breakfast food was good and lots available. Coffee machine was reasonable too. Seems to be a popular hotel with large school parties and has a lot of events. I was lucky I managed to get parking outside for my entire stay as the underground car park is dangerously narrow and has a very steep ramp which would be very difficult in a large car. Overall I think it could be a good hotel if it had a refurb. Then it would carry its four stars more accurately.

Family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids) stayed 29 Dec 2025–1 Jan 2026. Check-in: Strong cigarette smell in bathroom, quickly fixed by housekeeping. Room was freezing (<19°C) all nights despite AC on max. Reported multiple times; small heater arrived late on day 3 but inadequate for 4 people. Caused sore throats and discomfort. Cleaning: Only towels/mull changed, no proper tidy-up. Friendly staff, good location near Cricklewood station. But needs better heating/maintenance. Hope for improvements or goodwill gesture.

Room was very clean, bed was very comfortable, large room (executive double), staff were very friendly and helpful. There was plenty of parking spaces, there is a spot on the way down to the parking which crunches your bumper, not the end of the world as you are going slow but not ideal. The showers are good, plenty of pressure and good temperature control, however they are low. I have to duck to be able to get underneath it.

The stay was uncomfortable. The area in which the hotel is in is very urban city like. The hotel wouldn't give refunds for anything. I paid for my breakfast in advance, didnt enjoy the first day, requested a refund for the next for days. They wouldnt give it to me. Instead they said they would consider the rest of the days as a paid dinner. Dinner was not enjoyable either. Still no refund granted. I also had to a moldy shower curtain upon my arrival and had to request a new one. They don't use wash clothes at this hotel so i had to go out and purchase my own.

hotel needs work, this is 4 star but room is old and dated, windows so filthy cannot see out of, years worth of pigeon mess on all sills, balconies etc, bedroom curtain thin and held by a wire, not black out thermal or insulated which would help to dampen the sound from the very busy road and would be expected as standard in a 4star hotel. Dust in rooms, dirty glasses were in corridor when I arrived and same glasses still in corridor when I left two days later. Shower water not the hottest but that may be personal preference. housekeeping policy is every third day unless requested, I did not request yet housekeeping entered and replaced bath floor towel onto bath, nothing else was done and housekeeping would have walked past the glasses in the corridor and left them Bed was comfortable and breakfast was nice. Parking expensive given street parking is free for the overnight
