We really enjoyed our stay here. Easy to get to central london via tube. Hotel was comfy and clean. Some nice pubs and cafes around and an amazkng bakery just across the road!

Family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids) stayed 29 Dec 2025–1 Jan 2026. Check-in: Strong cigarette smell in bathroom, quickly fixed by housekeeping. Room was freezing (<19°C) all nights despite AC on max. Reported multiple times; small heater arrived late on day 3 but inadequate for 4 people. Caused sore throats and discomfort. Cleaning: Only towels/mull changed, no proper tidy-up. Friendly staff, good location near Cricklewood station. But needs better heating/maintenance. Hope for improvements or goodwill gesture.

Room was very clean, bed was very comfortable, large room (executive double), staff were very friendly and helpful. There was plenty of parking spaces, there is a spot on the way down to the parking which crunches your bumper, not the end of the world as you are going slow but not ideal. The showers are good, plenty of pressure and good temperature control, however they are low. I have to duck to be able to get underneath it.

Good location if wanting to stay near wembley stadium. Tube station is a 15 minute walk from the hotel. Rooms were spacious and clean, however the rooms and hotel could do with an update. I would say this hotel is a 3 star not a 4 star.

I would stay again

Really friendly staff who helped throughout. Hotels in a good place for a visit to Wembley. The deluxe room was just a little run down in places for the price I paid so I cannot give it full stars but I would stay there again!

We arrived early and staff quickly had a room ready for us, which was great as we needed to get out and about. It smelt really nice and the bathroom was spotless. We all had a great sleep, beds were comfy and the pillows were good to.
