Drury Plaza Hotel St. Louis at the Arch

"We truly enjoyed the location of the hotel , as the arch was right behind it ( walk out the door and there is the arch ) ! We was able to walk to the casino and to the Busch stadium for the concert . We felt safe at this location . The rooms were clean and comfortable . We had a 10 th floor interior with 2 queen beds and sofa sleeper . Only thing is the main area was cool but the bedroom don’t cool down much at all so we was sweating at night time . The breakfast and kickback was good as well . We will definitely stay again"

"This is our second time staying at the hotel. The hotel staff were very proactive in fixing our bathroom when there was an issue. They have breakfast included in the tariff, but we did not partake in it. They have an evening beer and wine time with chips, popcorn etc. That was a nice touch! The shuttles are very convenient to get to and from the airport!"

"We we're staying 2 nights in the hotel and we booked the second night a little closer to our trip so the room was a little different. I really wanted to stay in the same room so we didn't have to lug our stuff to the car and check back in when it was time for check in so I asked the front desk if it was possible to stay in the same room. He said yes and checked us out and right back in right there. It was a great stay, and the breakfast was good also the pool. We we're headed to the aquarium and it was only a short walk. We will definitely be staying again."

"This hotel is really interesting because it’s a very old (1926) YMCA so has a HUGE , really nice indoor pool for a hotel- and hot tub and spa amenities. The museum is also very interesting. The huge problem with my stay was lack of staff. Restaurant: closed for table service, had to order at the bar, and it took three selections from the menu until I was not met with “I’m sorry we’re out of that”. (And not a Big menu to begin with). Then in the morning, same thing at the cafe , out of many items, payment machine not working etc. the staff that were there were super nice and doing there best to be very helpful, but not a great experience"
