"Chateau was beautifully decorated. Small elevator to bring our bags to first floor. Owner helped carry bags from entrance stairs to elevator. Robert and his wife were gracious and helpful."

The front desk staff were so helpful to us and we appreciated them very much. We did not eat at the hotel but walked to several very good restaurants and cafes. "This is a charming and elegant facility with a friendly, helpful proprietor who went out of his way to provide a comfortable and pleasant stay. A couple with two to four children would feel like a royal family here. Low-to-the-floor beds and lack of adequate storage space were a bit awkward for two older ladies in what would be the children's room. All in all, a delightful experience."
