"Check-in is a breeze. There is no gate to Towamensing Trails, so as long as your vehicles are pre-registered, the parking tags found in the rental packet inside the front door are all you need. The 8 lanyards with the community passes are right there, too. Very easy to find. The passes are required to use the pool/lake. There are no pool chairs available to use, and the house had none to offer, so bring your own if you plan to enjoy the pool. The house is nice and could easily accommodate a couple families with several kids. The main reason for the low cleanliness score was the amount of active and abandoned spiderwebs in every room of the house. I know it's the Poconos and there are lots of bugs, but clearly no one is taking a dust broom to any of the corners of the walls, floors, or ceilings. Also, June is high pollen season, and the balcony sure showed it while we were there. It was basically unusable without sweeping it off, but the house had no broom. 6 spent a Dollar General and a little elbow grease fixed that pretty quick. The kitchen is well-appointed, but there is almost no space to store food except the refrigerator. We ended up piling most of our dry goods on the dining table. Overall, it was nice and relaxing. Lots of wildlife walking through the neighborhood. Pretty quiet and easy to get around."

"We had a wonderful stay! The property was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and the hosts provided so many thoughtful extras that made us feel right at home. One of my daughters' favorite touches was the face masks that were provided—it was such a sweet and unexpected detail that made our trip even more special."

"Property was as advertised and was a great place to bring our dog and feel he was safely contained in the fenced in yard. Will was very easy to reach with questions. Walking around the neighborhood was enjoyable, with access to the club house only 1 mile. Overall it was a relaxing vacation spot."

"Sister Trip (Mother's Day weekend) with our children and families. Great house with plenty of space. Clean, comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Nice screened in porch to enjoy the peaceful neighborhood. Host was responsive and timely. Location was ideal to visit Jim Thorpe and close to the Pocono outlets for shopping. It was a family friendly space for a large group. Centralized drop off for trash and recycling in community which is common for Poconos."
