"Stayed here for 4 days. The property is about to be renovated and is very dated. But you get what you pay for. Great location, great views of the sea and beach. Difficult to get into the bathroom due to narrow opening between entrance and the shoer. But the shower is excellent. Well worth it for the money we paid. But renovation is literally about to start as of March 2026."

"We really enjoyed our stay! The rooms were very nice and looked recently renovated. The on site food was delicious and our kids really enjoyed the pool! We wish we had booked more time here as it was great being so close to everything Cornwall has to offer! "

"Everything was as you would expect, kitchen had everything you need and it was great for the price. Staff were very friendly and had some good facilities. Slight issue with beds on the smaller size and the bathroom floor was a little dirty as it looked like someone walked in with grassy shoes. "

"We had a great stay at the elms and the property is stunning and in a great location. The only negative point we found was that the general cleaning of the property could have been better. This didn’t spoil our holiday though and I would return again."
