"The bathroom was basic, black mould under shower door, curtains were grubby in living area which had holes in lining light could been seen through them. Ceiling paper was peeling off, main window couldn't be opened only with a block of wood. Carpets weren't clean, stained throughout. Wouldnt stay again. Interesting to read other comments from previous people! "

"The hotel is lovely and I would recommend staying there, breakfast had everything you need. However we were shocked to find that the swimming pool and golf had additional costs and when going down for food Sunday evening the only thing available was Sunday lunch. These things should be made clear. "

"Everything was as you would expect, kitchen had everything you need and it was great for the price. Staff were very friendly and had some good facilities. Slight issue with beds on the smaller size and the bathroom floor was a little dirty as it looked like someone walked in with grassy shoes. "

"We had a great stay at the elms and the property is stunning and in a great location. The only negative point we found was that the general cleaning of the property could have been better. This didn’t spoil our holiday though and I would return again."
