"The staff were lovely, however the room wasn't ready on arrival, there were not enough, plates, cutlery, bowls etc for us in the room. The bathroom was rusty and unclean and I would have expected more for £138 plus extra for our dog. We were only staying for one night but wouldn't stay for longer."
