LL's house in the heart of Helen

The house is located inside beautiful Innsbruck resort including outdoor community swimming pool, golf court (fee will apply, please check with the office, right behind the Vanessa hotel)
(Swimming pool is available from Memorial Day to Labor Day)

The size of each bedroom is large as master bedroom. Each bedroom has its own bathroom (double sink). The back has 2 desk levels with forest view.
Guests would enjoy the beautiful granite kitchen with many kitchenwares, large living room and basement.

The house is located on top of mountain, just driving few minutes down to the hill. Helen, which is the best German town in US. It has outdoor activities during summer such as tubing in Chattahoochee River, Adventure zipline...Georgia Mountain Coaster is year round.
Helen is also surrounded by many beautifull waterfalls and hiking area: Unicorn State Park, Anna Rubby Falls, Raven Cliff Falls, Helton Falls, Duke Creek Falls, Vogel State Park, Tallulah Falls...and many more. Some of them could be swim.
Another attractions:
-Panning gold and germ stones at Consolidate Gold Mine
-Winery at Yonah Mountain Vineyards
- Octofest is a famous festival in town every year
- Fall is beautiful with foliage

Perfect location

We had a wonderful time in Helen!! This was in a perfect location, close to the main town, restaurants, and tubing. Our family enjoyed our weekend together and the accommodation was perfect for us!!

Fall Ride

The home worked perfect for our crew. We were on a motorcycle trip and the locking gate in front worked wonderful. Plenty of space and the amenities were all we could ask for!

Very nice property

Came here for a memorable Christmas Vacation, and the property didn't disappoint. When I had questions about delivery to the address, the host replied almost immediately. The place was as described, and we had plenty of room for our group of 12. The place was well stocked with everything you would need in the kitchen. We would recommend this property to anyone.

Nice Home, Great Location

This is a very nice home within a gated community. Great if you want to spend time with a groups of friends or family. Neighbors are great! Our check-in process was a bit harried as we were provided the wrong access code and the owner was unavailable. VRBO customer service was excellent and we couldn’t be happier with the support we received. Though we had a rocky first evening, the owner remedied the situation and the rest of our stay was lovely. Kitchen is fully stocked for preparing family meals. There are tons of beds and plenty of space so that couples/groups can have their own rooms and bathrooms.

A very fine place

Lovely house in a lovely place. We are older college friends who have been meeting for 23 years so wanted a place to sit, talk and catch up as well as interesting places to explore. Woods lovely this time of year. Kitchen nice for preparing our own dinners so we could linger in the house for discussions.

Great location, close to town. Plenty of room in the house for our group of 15. Had a great time! Constructive criticism: - the back porches need cleaned. Lots of debris and spider webs - there weren’t enough bath towels for all of us. - they could use an additional couple of comfortable chairs for the living room and on the porches

The house itself served our purpose perfectly. Loved thescreened porch. However, the property advertised a community pool that was closed and tennis courts which were also closed. We were counting on those amenities as entertainment for the young people in our party.

Fun family Christmas

Area is excellent for our family ranging 2 1/2 yrs old up to 71. We enjoyed a hike to a waterfall, the Georgia mtn coaster, and the cute town of Helen with shopping and delicious food while staying. There were enough beds and bathrooms for all 17 of us and tvs in every room if we wanted some separate space at times. Roku and remotes were a little tricky to use and internet was a bit spotty at times, but that’s my only small issue. Great house and area!

I was very disappointed in the lighting. Dark. Several bulbs out and main one we needed for pictures and to gather was too high to reach. Not clean. Very dusty and dirty floors.
