"Airport shuttle is not free. The TV in the room was not working, even after changing room, the TV was still not working. Beside those issues, the hotel was great. Also, it would be nice if the laundry facility was available to all customers not just the one staying more than 7 days. Because many travelers do not bring to many clothes to avoid checking in to many luggage, so instead travelers utilize laundry facility in the hotel."

"Staff were excellent, kind, helpful, understanding, compassionate. Air conditioner in the wall was extremely noisy, dirty and semi-broken. Power points and lamps were too far away from the bed, and power points very hard to access for my CPAP machine as they were underneath tables and I had to get down on the floor to reach them. Plug in the bathroom basin was dirty underneath. I was dropped off by Sydney Shuttle Service which was disgusting.. Waited an hour at the airport to be picked up by them. Driver was a "lunatic" on the roads, seat belts didn't work, no respect for passengers' safety. Dropped me off last which meant by then I was 2 hours late for my checkin at Silkari. I didn't have any breakfast but the staff allowed me to use the microwave to heat up my quiche for dinner at 8.30pm which I'd bought at Woolworths nearby. They also helped me with my cruise labels / tags ready for when I arrived at the cruise ship checkin. Thank you. "
