"I had 2 problems in my room. I couldn’t connect my tv to the wifi and the ac unit. It was really hot that day, and I just had to reset it for it to get cold just for a while. I via texted with staff he helped, but we still couldn’t adjust the thermostat. So we just went down to the pool to cool down.
My tv I just couldn’t get it to connect to watch Netflix or YouTube. It kept going to the cable channels so we just turned it off the whole day.
My question for the pool, I was expecting it to be really cold getting in but was really warm and it was like a booger green color. I maybe swam for 30mins because I felt the water pressure blowing out warm water rather then cold, and the color is was giving swamp color it just threw me off.
But the staff was very helpful and nice with any questions I had. Thank you"
