"Amazing location right in the centre of main square. Our room was regularly cleaned and restocked. The breakfast was a lovely selection so something for everyone. Considering how close we were to everything the hotel was so peaceful, we has a great nights sleep every night."

"Loved location in old town. Walked everywhere. Staff was nice. Liked are room. Noise outside didn’t bother us. We got a fan right away. Would probably not like in the summer because of no air conditioning. Would stay there again"

"Although the hotel advertises a buffet breakfast is available, there isn't one. It doesn't seem to be a temporary issue because they had a sign up about a restaurant in the neighbourhood where you could go for breakfast. The fridge didn't work. The kettle had some gunky buildup on the spout (the hotel didn't have a spare kettle, we tried to clean it, but couldn't). The curtains weren't wide enough to keep the sun out. It was far too hot in the room and the a/c wasn't turned on (or just didn't work) so the only option was to open the windows, but of course that lets in the noise from the street and nearby food market. The walls are thin, we could hear the person next door using the toilet. The was only 1 tiny nightstand with no electrical outlet nearby to charge your phone. The one good thing about this hotel is the water pressure in the shower was great. One or two little issues can easily be overlooked, but there were just too many issues here. We wouldn't recommend this place. "

"This is an excellent hotel! The location is brilliant - a 5-10 minute walk to all the main sights of Poland but still quiet to get a good night’s sleep. The staff are brilliant and really can’t do enough for you. Rooms are spacious and clean and they are well stocked with everything you need!"

"The hotel and staff were amazing! The food was absolutely excellent. I was fortunate enough to pre-pay for the breakfast buffet from the duration of my day which I must say was probably the best breakfast buffet I’ve ever had any hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I did have dinner one night and it was once again amazing I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone that is visiting Kraków Poland and I look forward to coming back and staying and also checking out their other properties throughout the world."
