"All staff were extremely friendly and down to earth. Very warm greeting by the owner on arrival introducing herself and giving a brief history of the business. Showed us around and explained how things are done with the bar, breakfast etc. even introducing us to their pet, Lionel the parrot. We were given a choice of 2 rooms to pick from. "We had an absolutely fantastic experience at this hotel, which offered a beautiful spa, very clean (and large) rooms, and incredible amenities such as tennis courts, golf courses, spa, club house and croquet. Staff were friendly and very attentive, and the complimentary breakfast and other meals at the hotel were superb. We also enjoyed the spa and some treatments"
