"Top place and wonderful staff."

"Staff were just spot on. A warm welcome & so so helpful. Even when we had a teeny issue with our meal, they apologised, sorted & kept ensuring the rest of our meals / stay were as we would expect. Breakfast was one of the best I have experienced."

"Cosy room, lovely bed and pillows. Air con if you need it. Small luxuries like biscuits and quality tea and coffee."

"Met at the hotel to celebrate a friend’s ’significant’ birthday. From the moment we arrived at reception to the minute we checked out, the staff could not have been more friendly, professional and helpful. The restaurant was very busy but our party was looked after with cheerful efficiency and the quality of both food and wine was of a high standard. Our room was comfortable, stylish and well-equipped and the whole experience offered excellent value for money."

"The breakfast ŕoom was high quality with wooden carved dining chairs and chandeliers. Our guest room was well decorated with good paintings and carved woodwork. and The recliner chair with a footstool was both notable and comfortable. The large sofa was also comfortable. Our balcony with a view of fields beyond would have been a place to relax in on a warm day. The full English Breakfast was both good quality and ample food."

"Very friendly, welcoming and clean from what we saw. We left 30mins before breakfast so unfortunately missed out on that. Only issue I have is one of the shower gels tubes used were empty. Otherwise comfortable bed and peaceful night. Would stay again snd recommend"
